PRIVACY POLICY

Rolling Video Games South Atlanta is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make event reservations/event bookings with Rolling Video Games South Atlanta as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

 

PICTURES

While your party is in effect the Game Coach(es) will be taking pictures of the party inside/outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Rolling Video Games South Atlanta's Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach(es) taking these pictures or posting them on our social media pages, please notify us via email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Rolling Video Games South Atlanta reservation. Rolling Video Games South Atlanta will make every effort to postpone your event with no penalty to another date should rescheduling be an option. If cancellation is your official decision, please be advised that there is NO REFUND in the event of reservation being cancelled within 7 calendar days of your event.

 

DISCLAIMER
We recommend this type of entertainment for persons at least 6 years of age and older. Rolling Video Games South Atlanta is not responsible for the loss of interest of those participating in the event. Game Coach(es) remains onsite to ensure safety of the company vehicle, game theater, equipment, and serve as a subject matter expert on video gaming to participants actively playing. For clarification, Game Coach(es) is not there to supervise the video game players (kids or adults) interactions with each other. We ask that the host or designated organizer remain with participants throughout the duration of the event.

 

BAD WEATHER

Our trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions – We come rain or shine! The theater is insulated, and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. In the event that severe weather (strong wind, flood warnings, snow and/or ice) makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event. For clarification, if unforeseen dangerous weather occurs your event will be rescheduled to the next available date/time agreed upon with no penalty.

 

DAMAGE
Rolling Video Games South Atlanta will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Any damage to the truck or equipment inside by party guests will be the responsibility of the customer who reserved and paid for the event.

 

FOOD/DRINK

We do not allow any food or drinks in the video game theater.

 

TIPS

While not required, there is no better way to show the Game Coach your appreciation for a job well done. Cash or debit/credit card can be applied. Please note that 100% of the tip goes directly to the Game Coach onsite.

 

PARKING

Our trailer is designed to be parked on the street and will allow safe sidewalk access to your guests. We typically do not pull into driveways unless street parking is not a viable option. If conditions upon our arrival render the option for safe parking unavailable, the client will have the option of moving the party to a nearby location or rescheduling. If you live on a hill or narrow street, please let us know immediately before paying your deposit so that we can determine if we are able to schedule the party.

 

PETS

Pets are NOT allowed in or around the trailer. All pets must be secured away from the event space at all times. 

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Rolling Video Games South Atlanta reserves the right to refuse service to a client if we observe behavior(s) which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event. Refunds for refused or terminated parties will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
